Utah's Ethics Reform Initiative

This November Utahans may be asked to vote on a piece of legislation that sounds good only because of its name. Please read about the numerous problems that passage of the Ethics Reform Initiative would cause, and then share the information with your family, friends, and neighbors.

Petition Signature Removal

Greg Bell’s office provided us with a form that should be used to remove your name from a petition if you previously signed it. 

The deadline to file to have your name removed is 15 May 2010, and will not be extended. The form must have an original signature and therefore can be either mailed or taken in to your county clerk. They WILL NOT ACCEPT emailed or faxed copies because those formats do not contain original signatures.
